UX Developer is to be fully responsible for production, modification and maintenance of websites and web applications. You will work closely with server-side developers & front-end web designers in order to develop complex, interactive and database driven websites. Position is onsite, based in Ronkonkoma, NY.

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Marketing team with trade show and travel management, mailings and general marketing activities across two company divisions. The primary focus is to assist with trade show and travel projects including trade show coordination and travel arrangements. The secondary focus is to research companies, collect and parse leads and enter information into our database.

  1. Assist Trade Show Manager with the coordination of trade shows
  2. Prepare and pack all display product for shows
  3. Coordinate with Operations to Build/Replenish Sample Display Sets
  4. Monitor inventory of show supplies
  5. Update and manage trade show and travel calendars
  6. Assist Event Manager with travel arrangements/changes (airfare, hotels, car rentals, etc.) for tradeshows, sales calls and vendor visits.
  7. Manage pre-show and post-show email blasts.
    Create marketing lists using CRM and SharePoint
  8. Manage data entry of all incoming show leads.
  9. Assist with the coordination of on and offsite events and meetings.
  10. Collect and parse leads from trade magazines, trade shows, online advertising and other marketing efforts.
  11. Research companies and lists, as well as names and addresses for data validation and enter the information into our database.
  12. Cull returned mail and rejected addresses; make corrections and updates
  13. Update customer data based on information provided by our contacts from a mail initiative, phone call or email.
  14. Correct inaccuracies found in database and inform appropriate staff of any duplicates
  15. Handle monthly newsletter returns and update database accordingly (undeliverable notifications, outdated company contacts with new contacts).
  16. Perform other marketing responsibilities as communicated.

At Qosina, a Customer Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team by processing customer transactions and handling incoming requests.

  1. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers for:
    Order processing and status
    Price and delivery information
    Quality issues and returns
    Product information
    General questions
  2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and relay those needs to the Team Lead and Account Manager
  3. Effectively communicate with other departments to obtain necessary information
  4. Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  5. Assist Event Manager with travel arrangements/changes (airfare, hotels, car rentals, etc.) for tradeshows, sales calls and vendor visits.
  6. Update customer information & keep accurate records
