Customer Service Specialist
A polished professional is needed to work in a fast-paced Customer Service Dept. Must be friendly, proactive and eager to learn, possess excellent communication and organization skills. Computer literate. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and make sound judgments. Knowledge and use of basic math conversions, medical terminology a plus. Some college preferred.

Quality Assurance
The ideal candidate should be analytical, possess strong organizational skills, have the ability to resolve problems independently, experience in solution building, familiarity with Root cause analysis, trend analysis process improvement, and Six Sigma.
Requirements:
· Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
· Minimum of 5 years QA managerial experience in the medical device industry
· Computer literate
Responsibilities:
· Organization and collection of product information
· Customer interaction regarding requests
· Case resolution
· Implementation of ISO 13485
· Compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP
· Assist in further definition and maintenance of internal audits
· CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventative Action)
· Material change process
Knowledge of:
ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 13485,FDA Regulations, medical devices, cGMP, MSDS, Spec Drawings, Tolerances, AQL’s and an understanding of sterilization, extrusion, injection molding, dip molding etc.

Sales Engineer
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a medical device engineer, preferably in catheter development, along with at least two years field experience, either to OEMs or to distributors. Responsibilities of this position will include developing new business and sales support of our existing products. Approximately 40% travel will be required. A bachelors degree is a must.
