Assistant Product Manager for Qosina
The Assistant Product Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategies and tactics related to specific product lines or target markets that will increase the amount of associated leads, sample requests, and orders.

Responsibilities:
• Champion one of these specific product lines
• • Quick Disconnects
• • Needles and Introducers
• • Single-Use Stainless Steel
• • Tubing
• • Tuohy Borst and Hemostasis Valves
• Continuously evaluate our core industry, including the customer base and competition, as it relates to these product lines and pursue other markets that may have opportunities for future growth.
• Formulate the marketing plan and budget for each year
• Develop Creative Briefs to guide the production of different collateral
• Ensure the quality of collateral produced
• Analyze campaign results and deliver conclusions to management

Skills:
• Strong business to business marketing experience
• Excellent copy writing, editing and proofing ability with attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work cooperatively and interface with staff and management at all levels.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel

Requirements:
• Four year degree (MBA a plus)
• 5+ years experience.
• Medical Device Industry experience
• Position reports to Vice President of Marketing.
• 20% travel.


Customer Specialists for Qosina
We have immediate openings in our Edgewood, Long Island, NY headquarters for Customer Service Specialists.

Responsibilities:
• Receiving and processing customer inquiries
• Assisting customers with all questions and concerns
• Updating customer information and keeping accurate records
• Order entry
• Using the Internet to research specific companies
• Opportunity to work at trade shows (optional)
• Contacting customers to follow-up
• Addressing customer complaints
• Answering technical questions

Skills:
• Computer literate
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
• Knowledge and use of basic math conversions
• Ability to work in a fast paced Customer Service Department
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Friendly, proactive and professional attitude
• Must be fluent in either Mandarin, French or German
• Experience in the Medical Device industry

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus


Director of Sales for Qosmedix
The Director of Sales for the Qosmedix division will oversee all functions and employees involved in the division's sales initiative.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain the company's strategic focus and provide leadership for the Sales Department.
• Provide supervision, training, coaching, advice and support of the Sales team.
• Develop plans for growth based on sales statistics, setting sales objectives and responsible for implementing those plans.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers through individual account support and liaison with Customer Service staff.
• Analyze market trends
• Monitor the sales budget.
• Maintain a relationship with the shipping department to ensure customer needs are being met.
• Respond and follow up on sales inquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.

Requirements:

Product Development Engineer
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a medical device engineer, preferably in plastic disposables.

Responsibilities:
• Developing new products
• Familiar with basic design elements in plastic part design
• Knowledge of multiple plastic processes [injection molding]
• Technical support of our sales team

Skills:
• Strong experience in Product Development & Prototyping
• Excellent in 3D modeling with attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work cooperatively and interface with the sales team.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

Requirements:
• Engineering Degree
• 3+ years experience
• Medical Device Industry experience
• Solidworks and/or Creo (Pro/E) and/or Inventor
• 10% travel


Sales Engineer
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a medical device engineer, preferably in catheter development, along with at least two years field experience, either to OEMs or to distributors. Responsibilities of this position will include developing new business and sales support of our existing products. Approximately 40% travel will be required. A bachelors degree is a must.


Sales Manager: Europe for Qosina
Working from our Edgewood (Deer Park), Long Island, NY headquarters, this position is responsible for developing and establishing sales relationships with OEM businesses in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and obtain new business opportunities that exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate new product presentations with target accounts which achieve new product launch plans and sales objectives.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Provide reports from customer visits and shows attended.
• Support customer data maintenance in database (CRM), update customer information and keep accurate records.

Skills:
• Capable of multi-tasking, establishing priorities and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Possess organizational skills to maintain files and documentation in an orderly manner.
• Must be flexible, able to adapt to changing conditions and be a team player.
• Work independently, make sound judgments within established guidelines and take the initiative to apply problem-solving skills where appropriate.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:
• 2+ years business-to-business Marketing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Native German speaker preferred. Other European languages helpful.
• Travel requirement of at least 40% (trade shows/events, customer and  prospect visits.)
• Must reside on Long Island and live within commuting distance of our Deer  Park location.
